Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with any item you order, you may return it to us for a full refund of your product purchase price when you notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Refund amount does not include shipping charges and handling fees, however we will refund standard shipping charges if there is a defect in the merchandise. Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in original shipping containers with all the parts, manuals, etc.. Please note that due to mandated health codes, food and water items are non-refundable. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written on the box. Please contact us via email at sales@prepare2bsafe.com before returning any items.
Damaged Shipments
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects
If a product appears to have a manufacture's defect, email our Customer Service department at sales@prepare2bsafe.com for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Privacy Policy
Our site collects customers information when an order is placed. We collect the customer's contact information (like their email address), shipping/billing address and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is never used for any purpose other then sending orders to our customers and contacting customers about our specials. Information is never shared with any third parties. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products ordered and is only stored on our site for 30 days.
Shipping Charges
In order to provide you with the best possible prices we require a minimum order of $25.00. Orders less than that will be subject to a $20.00 handling fee. All shipping fees are calculated on a sliding scale based on the total dollar amount of your purchase. We've adopted this system so that it would be easy to understand and be friendly to both our retail and wholesale customers. All shipping fees will be displayed within your shopping cart upon checkout, with the exception of special handling charges.

you will be notified of any such charges.
We currently only ship to destinations within the United States.
Orders shipped within continental U.S. will be shipped via UPS Ground or other common carrier.
Please note: Express & Rush delivery methods have been temporarily disabled. If you have an absolute need, you may email us at sales@prepare2bsafe.com to discuss. Note: hazardous materials (including matches, canister, stoves, etc.) may not be sent via Express/Rush delivery under any circumstances.

We guarantee that our prices meet or beat any other site's prices for the same product! Our buying power in the market place gives us the ability to make you this promise: If you find the same product somewhere else for a lower price simply email us and we'll be happy to match that price! Just simply make sure the product has the same components and is available from that merchant.
Sales Tax
Washington State Residents will be charged 9.5 % sales tax. No sales tax will be charged to purchases made out of Washington State.
